Valencia, Spain – November 7, 2023 – The city of Valencia, Spain, will host the 35th edition of the World Tourism Film Awards. Set to take place on the 22nd of November at the Auditorium Mar Rojo in Oceanogràfic València, this event will be a celebration of the very best in global tourism videos and advertisements in 2023.
The World Tourism Film Awards will bring to the city figureheads from the Tourism and Audiovisual industries to receive the prestigious title of the "World’s Best Tourism Films of the Year" in five thematic categories, including City, Region, and Country Promotion, Tourism Products, and Tourism Services.

This edition marks the third consecutive year that Valencia hosts the World Tourism Film Awards. With its rich cultural heritage, breathtaking landscapes, and an unwavering commitment to innovation in both tourism and audiovisual, Valencia stands as the ideal backdrop for this exceptional event.

To reach the title of World's Best Tourism Film, over 3,000 promotional videos from approximately 50 countries participated in the CIFFT Circuit 2023, a unique competition that brings together corporate and tourism film festivals around the world to award the best audiovisual productions in the tourism industry.
World's Best Tourism Film trophies
In the previous year, the World Tourism Film Awards showcased the immense talent in tourism video production. Among the winners were videos from Business Iceland, Qatar Tourism, Tourism Australia, as well as Spanish productions from the Catalan Tourist Board, Madrid Destino, Turismo Andalucía, and Visit Valencia, among others.
Organized by the International Committee of Tourism Film Festivals (CIFFT), Visit Valencia, and the Region of Valencia, this event has established itself as the premier platform for recognizing excellence in the field of tourism video production. This year's edition also counts with the support of Oceanogràfic València and the Primus Hotel.
