The FilmAT Festival, founded in 2006, was a pioneer in awarding audiovisual productions related to Tourism in Poland. The event annually presents and awards the latest trends in documentaries, TV reports, tourism communication, corporate and institutional films.
FILMAT Poland stands out for its great competition, the prestigious awards, unique statuettes and the activities it offers to the public.
In addition to the Award Ceremony, forums about the sector’s trends, networking opportunities, and cultural experiences in the city are part of the festival’s annual program.
“I think that our festival is professional on a global level and has a great future ahead of it with such achievements and setting”, concludes Ewa Kotus, FilmAT Festival's director.
The festival has an International Jury formed by renowned professionals with audiovisual production, marketing, and tourism expertise. As president of the International Jury is Zbigniew Żmudzki, a polish producer of many worldwide awarded animated films, including the Oscar achieved in 2008.
Since 2007 the FilmAT Festival is an official member of the International Committee of Tourism Film Festivals (CIFFT), which brings together the 14 World’s Best Tourism Film Festivals from four continents at the most prestigious awards and recognition initiative in the Travel Video Marketing Industry - The World’s Best Tourism Film Awards.
